529 new enquiries. Rooms booked a month in advance. Purely through advertising.

// CASE STUDY

OVERVIEW

Sydney Pet Dentistry came to us with under-booked surgery rooms and a growth ceiling imposed by their reliance on a referral-only network. We audited their digital presence, proposed and built a dedicated landing page, and launched PPC advertising to target highly motivated pet owners actively searching for dental care.

THE CHALLENGE

Their existing website was confusing and failed to speak directly to the right audience — pet owners whose animals were in pain and needed urgent care. The previous landing page buried the value proposition and did not call out the specific demographic. Without a strong conversion foundation, any paid media spend would be wasted.

THE SOLUTION

We redesigned the landing page from the ground up — shifting from a generic referral-focused message to urgent, pain-point-led copy that spoke directly to distressed pet owners. The new page led with "Broken Tooth? Swollen Gums? Bad Breath?" — immediately relevant, immediately converting. We then launched a targeted PPC campaign through Google Ads. In the first 30 days: 44 additional enquiries, 70% converted to booked clients at an average spend of $3,000. At 12 months: 529 new enquiries from patients who had never heard of them — and rooms booked solid one month in advance.
