PR, advertising and split-location production for a landmark Australian drinks collaboration.
// CASE STUDY
When iconic Adelaide Hills sparkling wine house Croser partnered with 78 Degrees Gin Distillery — two of South Australia's most celebrated craft producers — the result was a genuine first: a co-created sparkling wine range, botanically infused with 78 Degrees' signature spirits. PHC was brought on to lead the PR launch strategy and deliver the full advertising and content production campaign across print, digital, media and OOH.
Two iconic but distinctly different brands — one rooted in traditional méthode winemaking, the other in modern Australian craft spirits — needed a unified campaign identity that honoured both worlds. The brief demanded creative that could flex across premium print editorial, outdoor advertising, digital channels and earned media, while authentically telling the story of a genuinely split production: grapes from the Adelaide Hills, botanicals from 78 Degrees' Adelaidian distillery.
PHC led dual-location production shoots — at the Petaluma winery and the 78 Degrees distillery — capturing both the elegance of sparkling wine craft and the raw, botanical energy of gin production. The resulting content suite powered a PR launch that secured national media coverage, alongside a fully integrated advertising roll-out across OOH placements, trade and consumer print, paid digital and owned channels. A campaign that felt as considered as the product itself.
